Can you connect Xbox & PC?
With Halo2 out I was wondering if you can connect the 2 for multiplay.

I don't understand the question... Are you trying to use the PC as a hub??? OR trying to get your box onto XBoxConnect?? Either way, I think you'd be better off with a router
