Reformatting....how to save my HL2 progress?

i just purchased a couple of SATA drives and im going to run a RAID setup. i dont want to lose my progress in HL2 (been playing non-stop ). does anybody know which folder(s) i need to back up in order to keep my progress?

im not sure if this is all you need to save, but the saved game folder is here:

~/steam/SteamApps/{accountname}/half-life 2/hl2/SAVE
