New graphic card

I have right now a ati 9800 pro 138mb and im looking for a update. Any suggestions? 800xt.. the 8500xt.... 6900gt ullra or w/e. Or any other ones that are good. PNY Verto GeForce 6800 GT?

Or should i hold of on my 9800 pro and wait for a liittle bit?

If you have money to burn, there are always bigger and better things to try. The card you have right now is a pretty hefty performer. Unless you're experiencing difficulties running a game or something, I might just save up for the next big thing.

Well, shucks, I was going to give you the url to preorder the card but it seems that it is no longer avalible. Anyway, I called ATI and talked with the wonderful Terry who said that the promotion was temporarily cancelled. Seems they are having problems with production.

She is goin to email me when it becomes avaliable again.

By the was she is a good sales woman, got me to order the pci tv card, cant wait to get it.

The reason I am interested in the x850 is that it is compatible with hdtv's.

Also am building my so called super computer. ha

i have a 9800 it works fine ssave your money when your going to need 2 really good graphics cards in one comp. That is sweet how they can do that

Even if you don't want to order the next generation of cards, it's worth waiting for them to come out to drop the prices of this generation of card
