"Unlimited" Bandwidth Server

Is anyone running any PC Mech game servers? A friend of mine and I are putting a Dell 4000SC server at a place that has a pair of DS-3 internet connections and we're looking to see if anyone is interested. You guys came to mind. We have unlimited bandwidth and are only paying for the physical space of the server.

That'd be a great idea - what would the game be? CS Source?

Well, If the question is if anyone is running any pcmech game servers, no, not pcmech specifically, but wolfie comes to mind for actually running a few game servers.

I would be interested in a PcMech game server and clan. Could be the start of something great for the Mech. The only problem is my games change, a lot. But probably the best game for team work would be Raven Shield, but UT 2k4 & Far Cry also come to mind.

I'd hop on for a game of CS:S or UT 2k4

Battlefield 1942 and its variations could be fun, but some o fthe maps are huge and I dont know if we could muster enough poeple to play at once. Couterstrike was fun, haven't tried Source yet, but that would probably get my vote, assuming I didn't get completely destroyed when playing

EDIT:Oh ya, UT:2k4 is fun also, so is Farcry. Hmm... I may just have to buy a game if these games get agoing.

I'll probably post up a vote for which one to run.

If anyone else is interested in running their own personal FTP, Web, {insert application here} server, let me know.

I forgot to follow up on this one, sorry guys.

If any of you are looking to host anything personally let me know. This server is up and running and looking for stuff to keep it busy!

CS is an all-time classic... though I've never personally played it, I'd imagine BF2 would be popular

CTF is certainly the best for Halo but most other games I would go for DM.

Heck yeah!....Halo is my favorite with CS a close second. Battlefield 2 looks like a rockin game as well.

I like the idea of forming a PC Mech clan as well.

Lets do it Dockter!
