Half life = ...old sci-fi..logans run?
The two half life games i've played at least, blue shift, and I just purcahsed HL2. Half life always seems to be about running away, escaping some mess, and teleporting to saftey. This reminded me alot of an old movie I saw called logans run. People running away when they turned 30 in order to not be "renewed" (killied, lol). The similarities struck me until I realized.....Logans run was about having tons of sex and dieing young.....and half life 2 is about having no sex and living forever.........hmmmmmmmmmmm, interesting...

Sorry, I've played HL x, and seen Logan's Run, love both of them, but I don't see that connection... All SciFi has some sort of connection, as it's SciFi, but in this case I don't think the two are related...

Its got that real fast-action feel to it. It reminds me of logens Run minus the cool red gems in the hands. I wanted to get a red gem like that one time. But I kept on feeling more like the Matrix for some *wired* reason.

Seems like a good "excuse" to watch Logan's Run again... it's been a while since I've seen it

That reminds me of the episode of 'Family Guy' where Brian has 'Mom issues'. He tells his shrink about a dream he had about Logan's Run, where he's being chased by two guys who want to kill him. At the end of the chase they back him into a corner, then he points at Snoopy and goes, "what about him? He's 50!".
