NFS:UG2 problem

ok i was driving along in explore mode, when i came up to one of those red wall things that block of an area that hasnt been unlocked yet(coal harbor in this case), so i was bored, so i decided to go at the wall at full speed and as i reached the wall, i somehow miraculously went throught, great right?
however, now i can't get out of the locked area
so now i'm locked in coal harbor and i can't do anything, and while trying to jump to garage hoping to escape, i accidently saved it

is there any way to get back into the playable areas?
i really dont feel like starting a new career

I don't have any experience with that game.

The only thing I can think of is some how getting into the console and to then load another level before that point.

Unfortunately I don't even know if you can get into the console with that games engine.

Maybe some cheat codes might help to change levels?

i dont think there are "levels", its sort of like grand theft auto, where your driving around in a big map and you go to specific locations on the map for races and stuff

and i've looked at the cheat codes, no such luck there

u might want to post this on some ea forums maybe they will be able to give u a work around

Drive fullspeed into the wall again...you probably tried that already
