CS : Source
Need some help here fellas. I want to start hosting a CS:Source serer at my house. I've talked to my adsl provider and looked at all the packages that are available, but the problem that i need to solve is what kind of bandwith am I going to expect. I got a computer that can handle it, but with about 20 poeple on a server I'm not sure what to get or is it cheaper to just rent one. Hlep please. Thanks

you need the upload speed the highest you can get, and having 20 people you are pushing it with your connection now. go here and see what kinds of speeds you get. http://testmy.net/ i have a cable connection and my upload speed is about 385 and i can have about 10 on my servers before people start to complain about lag.
