Does anybody know a good program for stress testing?

Do a Google seach for "benchmarks." Look for benchmark names such as 3DMark or AquaMark. Find their downloads page and choose the 01, 02, or 03 versions. Install and run.

Stress testing what? If you're talking video, go with 3dMark03 or '05. If you're talking CPU, try Prime95.
