Has someone stolen my COD UO CD Key?

I've got an intermittent problem with Cod UO that I hope somebody can explain.

Basically, when I try to join a game it tells me that my CD Key is in use. I have a completely legit copy of COD and UO so can I take it that some hacker has nicked my key or come up trumps with it on a key generator. This doesn't happen all the time, just the last few nights at the same time.

I know when it's going to happen as when I start the game and refresh the server list, the pings are all way high. I'm talking just about 3 or 4 servers below 100 and 99 % above 200. Before this started I always had excellent pings on the server list, with pings down to about 40 on loads of servers.

I'm sure the pings must be related to the CD Key in use message but I can't see how. Anybody have any thoughts? It's really bugging me as I just can't play when this happens. I have tried looking into this but haven't found anything on the web so here's hoping somebody has an insight.

Might have to call their tech support and maybe they can disable that key and give u a new one?

Another thing I might suspect (although I wouldn't know anything about details) is your ISP. I take it you have some sort of broadband with pings in the 40's. Does your ISP have intermittent problems of any kind? It seems wierd that a CD key error would be caused by this but they could be messing with your connection somehow.

Still happening though I did manage to play last night. I suppose it's tech support 1st (no doubt it's a premium rate) then my ISP if I don't get any luck with them.

It is not the first time this type of thing happens. I heard of people unable to play HL2 because their key was doubled. When the dude sent the photos of his legit HL2 as well as the HL original they banned his email account (anytime he sent them an email it was returned back saying he was banned).
Nowadays since companies have so much money they dont give a **** about technical support of their clients.

Same thing with the ping at the weekend on COD UO and CS: Source. Is the internet broke? It wouldn't be ISP related would it - mine's Pipex? Do we happen to have the same?

I was playing CS Source yesterday with pings around 300 I'm rubbish anyway but this was just impossible.
