I need sum mo help with HL2

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I know I'm close to the end. I'm up next to the top and the girl is inside a glassed room. I've downed two flying things using the orbs and my new gravity gun. She yells something about something opening up and then "he's getting away". then the guy says somehthing about me not being able to do something or other. Then I die because I run out of time?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok now that you are at the top of the citadel if you look where Dr. Breen is there are what looks like metal plates revolving. You have to hit them with the energy bally to destroy all of them. You need not worry about the flying hovercrafts. I am at work and forgot what they are called. Just keep pounding the plates until they are all destroyed. Good luck. Oh Yea try the game on hard it's killer you really have to think about your moves.

Thanks for the help. I finally finished the game and must say it's one the best if not the best I've ever played. I have the MOH to win in the Pacific now. I've won the war in Europe.lol I've only completed two games without the help of cheats though, Call of Duty + the xpansion pk. and Half Life 2. I wanted to cheat in the latter but couldn't get them to work. Far Cry was impossible for me near the end when the volcano was erupting and those creatures shooting the rockets at me. Had to do it! Oh yeah, I got through Max Payne (the fall) without cheating. I have the Doom III demo but I'm not sure if I like it well enough to buy it or not. It's always so dark, you can't see anything. Why spend all that time creating the "game of the decade" and make it so dark you can't see anything?

Anyway, I'm off the soap box, thanks for the help..
