Half-Life no blood

Hey! Does ANYONE know of a way to remove blood from Half-Life, Counter-Strike, ect. without losing the multiplayer? This is a playing or not getting to play issue, so any help is REALLY appriciated. Thanks!

drop down your console and type in blood, or no blood, some stuff should come up and if you see one for no blood change the 1 to a 0.

go to the steam forums and go into the counter strike source area. There will be an announcement that states something about CVAR's. Its one of the cl_ commands that has to do with viloence. So what you will do is bring down your console using the ~ key and type CL_"command" and that will get rid of it. I am at work now so I cant go to the steam forums and tell you exactly which one to use. You coul always post your question there, but they aren't the nicest people in the cyber world
