Can't believe no one posted this -- Silent Hunter 3
Brings back memories of playing the first one for the NES. You should really check it out since it has gone gold for March 15th. Nice visuals and looks like a nice submarine sim.

The NES game was called Silent Service but was the exact same concept. It was a fun game.
