Does this 3dMark03 score sound to low?

I downloaded and ran 3dmark03 and scored a 2374 does this sound right?
My system is as follows:
Processor- AMD 2500
Mainboard- MSI K7n2 Delta2
Video Card- MSI 6600GT AGP 8X
Memory- 2 x 512 PC3200 Ultra running dual channel
PS- Ultra 400 watt

Settings on 3dmark03 were set to
resolution- 1024x768
pixel processing- none
texture filtering- optimal
max anisotropy- 4
vertex shaders- optimal
repeat test- off
fixed framrate- off

I thought it would be better than that but then again i didnt really know what to expect. Any opinions?

that's definately off. 6600GTs score around high 6- low 8k in 3dmark03.

Damn i was not hoping to hear that, but thanks for confirming that for me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be the problem? All drivers are updated and everything.

I would say there might be a couple of possibilities. Did you recently upgrade your card and deleted all of your old driver files with a program such as drivercleaner? That would affect your performance if you used to use a card from another company such as ATi. Also, have you done spyware and virus checks? They might hog all of your resources. My last guess would be your PSU might be a junky one as Ultra doesn't really make high quality PSUs and it might be overrated.

I did just get a new video card and motherboard. After I installed them I reformated my harddrive then put the new drivers on. My previous card was an fx 5700. As far a viruses go I have panda antivirus and it says my computer is clean. Although when I run spy bot search and destroy it always comes up with 8 problems found, even if i just fixed them a second earlier. When I click on them it says they are tracking cookies. And one says "data source object exploit" under problem, under kind of problem it says "registry change". I dont know why it wont get rid of them. I dont know what the deal is, when i had my fx5700 i ran 3dmark03 and only scored like 271 so i just thought it was the card so i got a new mainboard and videocard. I did score alot higher but not near to where it should have.

Thats low numbers, I have a PNY 6600GT AGP and get 7984 stock and 8446 oc 540\1002 useing 7184 drivers.

Does your mainboard have on board video and if so is it turned off?
Did you try removeung your drivers in add\remove programs rebooting then reinstalling?
or uninstalling in add\remove programs rebooting using drivercleaner in safemode rebooting then installing new drivers.

man this sucks. My motherboard doesnt have on board video so thats nothing to worry about. I just did all of that you suggested with driver cleaner in safemode. Restarted and put all the drivers back on. I then ran 3dmark03 again and scored a 1973

Ya I'm running 03. Before you run it what do you have your video card settings on? Such as the antialiasing and anisotropic filtering and such. I downloaded the game XIII and fraps. Running in 800x600 I was getting about 70 fps.

you may have a busted card. Looks like its time for an RMA. are you seeing any unusual images such as artifacting occur?
