OCing ATI A.I.W. card?

Hello again guys, thanks for reading. I have that "aging" ATI All-In-Wonder 128 PRO 32MB AGP card, and whilst playing Q3 and Q3TA my FPS isnt all too great, choppy at times even in 640x480 16bit, and I like my 1024x768 32bit high graphics detail darn it ;-). Its usualy around 20-40 FPS during a 4 person rocket battle. I have been doing some searches to no avail and I am positive I have heard of overclocking ATI Rage 128 videocards. Any links or helpful advice would be appreciated. TIA
