Seperate Drive For Games ?
I have just built a new machine with 2 SATA HDD's and was wondering would games play quicker if they are installed on the second drive, rather than the one with my OS installed on. I would keep the second drive for games only.
One last thing my OS drive is SATA 2 and the other SATA 150. any advice welcome as I am new to gaming.

I'm guessing it would apply to gaming. I know that when editing video, it helps to have the application and work files on a separate drive from the OS. I don't know if the games you play would be as demanding as that, so you may notice no difference. Can't hurt.

There is a slight speed increase, you also have your game data backed up in the event you have to reinstall the OS.
