Ok, I need avery commonly used video card with alot of memory thats not expensive (under $120 retail). Help me out plz

Are you looking for 32MB or 64MB? You can get a Geforce 2 Pro 32MB DDR for around $140 or a GeForce 2 MX-400 64MB SDRAM for $120. Both good common cards. Hope that helps.

The ATI Radeon LE and VE cands can be found for less than $80.00 US.

I'd vote for the Radeon LE as well. Radeons have the best image quality I've seen to date, and decent speed as well.

If you can find it, the voodoo 3 is a wonderful card. You may even find a used voodoo 5(the bomb), but good luck trying to find them. Stay away from the cougar maxi. It has an invidia chip on it, but they must have given it valium.
I have a 3D prophet II MX; it does okay. |

I have a Voodoo5 currently, and since the only really demanding graphical game I play is UT, it serves my purposes nicely.
There is the issue of driver support, though. As new DirectX versions come out the Voodoo line's lack of driver support will become evident. ATI here I come, eventually .Xayd |
