Battlefield 2: annoying PB bug

Anyone else getting kicked by Punkbuster for "empty win32 module list" in the battlefield 2 demo? Ive researched elsewhere online, and the explanations people have been coming up with dont seem plausible. One theory is that insufficient RAM is the issue, but I have 2 gigs of RAM. Another theory is that you need to use an admin user acct. Mine is, and I still am having this problem.

My game will also sometimes randomly quit or freeze up.

I get wierd errors every once in a while; like seeing unrendered models (helicopters with giant spinning squares abv them. Once whenever I put up my iron sight my screen went black; another time the carrier was rendered as balck. I don't think these are video artifacts, just things failing to load right.

Any thoughts/ people who are also expiriencing this problem?

Also, this doesn't happen to me all the time. Every once in a while I wont get this problem.

BTW: When I do get a chance to play, BF2 is awesome. I'm running it between medium and high settings with 4x AA @ 1024x768 , and its nice and stable on my 9700 mobility.
