i'm lookin 4 a free benchmark prog for my p4 2.0 with 512mg ram. Any suggestions?

What is it that you're wanting to benchmark? You can go to www.futuremark.com and download a 3DMark test. Mostly for gaming performance, but some of them are pretty cool looking if your system can handle it.
