games freezing and crashing
Hey everyone I just built a new computer and I am having some problems playing games. First one is with Halo: When I install it and click play game I recieve a message stating check the DXDIAG to see if the hardware accelerator is enabled. I checked everything and its all enabled and I can't get it to play. The next problem is with Need For Speed Underground: I can start doing doughnuts in the game and just after I stop and start driving normal the game locks up for a minute or two then plays again and then it will do it again. I am not sure what The problem is but, I didn't have these problems with the comp that is in my sig. My new rig is running a AMD Athlon 64 3000+, Asus A8V Motherboard, Crucial PC3200 ram 2 X512, Window XP PRo SP2, Gigabyte Radeon 9600 Pro 256mb. Anything else ask. I am not sure as to the problems here.
