Any games to use Source?

I'm just curious if anyone knows of any new games that are going to use the Source engine. I think it's probably the best game engine around. It runs on almost any system, the graphics are absolutely amazing, and don't forget the physics. Does anyone know of any future games that will use it?

Maybe like one game that I have heard about. Valve isn't the best for support and I guess they have had problems getting tools out and supporting them, plus just differ bugs and inconstistencies here and there. Good engine, yes, but not the best company to do business with from my understandings.

Sounds like Rambus.

The only game I know of that is being developed that will be using the Source Engine is Day of Defeat...and that's taking a looonnnngg time to complete.

That's really too bad. The graphics and physics in the Source engine are amazing! Not only that but it runs on just about anything. I've always thought of Valve as being excellent in terms of support. They released Half Life 2 with very few bugs and they have been patching everything that has popped up.

The amazing thing with Source is that it can make objects look so nice even on the most limited computers - this became very evident to me when I started playing BF2. HL2 looks quite a bit better and took up far less system resources than BF2. I played HL2 on a Toshiba Tablet (shared RAM GFgo FX5200) and while FX5200 is a "real" DX8 generation card, it still looked extrordinarily realistic.

i think the main point about HL2 and CS:S is that the developers took a very long time making extremely detailed textures so that the textures are very well done and realistic. Take Vampire: The Masquerades bloodlines. It also uses the source engine but it doesn't look nearly as well as HL2. BF2 had slightly worse texture artists so that it doesn't look nearly as well.
