Unhappy MOHAA & OpenGL problems (Install Open GL...)

Hello,

My system specs are as follows:

Windows XP Professional SP2
Direct X 9.0c
Intel Celeron 600 MHz (I know, old).
Compaq Motherboard (No AGP slots, I know, gotta upgrade it).
ATI Radeon 9250 128MB 64-Bit Video Card.
256 MB DDR RAM
120GB HD
40GB HD

Problem with software (Medal Of Honor Allied Assault videogame).

The problem consists of the following:

As soon as I start up the game, a window comes up stating that: I do not have Open GL installed on my System. Of course, I tried checking what could be the problem, since I have the most up to date ATI Catalyst Drivers I could find. I have tried running the game after updating drivers and all, but, no luck either. Would you recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the game? Or should I try to see if ATI has newer drivers? Anyone know why would these ATI Drivers not include Open GL, I mean, isn't it like mandatory these days?

Thank you all in advance for any help you can give me.

ATI includes open gl, so that's not it.
Are you having problems with any other games?
