What I want to know is, why would something that is completely separate from BF2 proper require BF2 to play it? Is it only because they know they can get $$ out of peopleby doing so? Seems like they might get more people to buy it if they didn't have to buy BF2 first.

Though I heard from a friend they're calling it an expanision so they can package BF2 and Special Forces together and make more money. Do have any idea how expensive special forces will be?
