Sport Gaming on pc VS playstation?

I have never played any sport games, such as baseball or football on pc and while I enjoy playing action/strategy games more on pc then playstation I am curious if that is the same for most of you in sport gameS?

Would I need to enter into buiying a controller if wanting to enjoy sport games?

if you want to play sports games on your pc, get yourself the logitech dual action gamepad controller. its 20 bucks. usb connection.
looks just like a playstation 2 controller..

as far as my personal preference.
right now, i have a small tv. so i play most games on my pc.
i do have an xbox, i have the same experience playing on my xbox and my pc

I'm almost exclusively a PC gamer, but there are two types of games I won't play on PC - sports and racing.

Those belong on console IMO - much more fun to sit around in the living around behind a big screen and play those with a couple of friends.

Although I think you can't beat consoles for sports and driving, I still play them on computer. If I play on computer, I stick to computer controls though, as I think it's better to use the keyboard when computing

Since I have an MS Sidewinder ForceFeedback wheel I prefer to play racing games on my PC. It won't be on the tiny screen for long though (I hope). When I get my Sanyo Z3 HD projector I'll be racing on an 84" screen.
