ATTN. Motorheads : GT Legends Demo

I'm very impressed. Downloaded it from gamershell. Anybody else got it yet?

What kind of bugs did you notice? When I first tried it, the frame rates were horrible, but in the configuration, I changed the shaders for DX9 to DX8 and it made a huge difference. I guess I like it better than GTR because the cars feel like things I've actually driven. The race cars in GTR feel strange to me (never driven a track car). Power-on oversteer in the 'vette in GTL feels just like it does in a stock Mustang 5.0 and the steering balance in the Lotus reminds me of my Miata. As for GTR, i got the hang of it and like it alot, but do race cars really understeer that much?

I loved the GT Legends demo. Looked amazing with my nVidia 6800 GT.

With driving games like these, an XBox360 in my future(for Forza and the like) is looking less likely, with the money going to a newer PC. 300+ cars to choose from would be nice, but the 20 in GTR and the preported 90 in GTL will certainly be more faithful reproductions (with 3D cockpits as well).
