what settings on bf2?
what resolution should i run on bf2 with this spec-
p4 3.2g, 1g ram, 6600gt, monitor- syncmaster710n i ran bf2 on 1280 x 960@60hz resolution and it runs fine but im worried if im stressing my videocard. |

If you are "stressing" your video card it will let you know by running crappy and giving you lag. If you mean adding excessive wear and tear by running at higher settings, by the time you stress it out you'll be upgrading anyway.

I don't think it'd be the graphics card that's holding you back as it is the RAM - BF2 is quite a resource hog. You shouldn't have to worry about it stressing your Graphics card.

You have the nearly the same amount of stress on a video card when running at low settings as you do when at high settings. Crank it up until your FPS starts dropping and gets laggy.
