Cool Your Rig's Benchmark Scores

Post your benchmark scores here!

This is to see who's computer is truly smokin' on benchmark scores! Be sure to list your specs and graphics settings (Direct3D/OpenGL, AA, AF, and display driver version)

Basically, this thread is to replace the old threads with the different benchmarking programs if I understand correctly.

1 min 31 sec on the same program as TRs... As stated in that thread, this is on a 3.5 year old computer, Athlon 1800+, which isn't overclocked at all. 512M RAM and 64M video card. I must admit to being a little surprised

Alaron, could you try running SuperPI on your Rig 3 please?? Its the closest one to my system (almost identical) and I'm interested in the score you get... especially considering my equivalent to your Rig 3 beat your specced out Rig 1

When it says 1M, that means one million digits, not one minute. So his Rig 1 calculated one million digits of Pi in 46 seconds.

Ryan...that is an excellent score in Super Pi...How did you do that? Or more likely, what am I doing wrong? You beat an overclocked FX-57!

David; I dont believe it.. for one; I ran all of the test two or three times though.

Ah HA... I looked up the Screen Shot I took of it; and I had labeled it as OCed to 2808MHz; I do not OC when I bechmark with 3dMarks or Agua Marks though; In fact I have stopped OCing all together. Risky business with an 800 buck CPU, to risky for me.

here is a screen shot of it.

David....Play with the vcore and retest....not sure but you would have to compare how many proccesses are running on each pc....from there it would be ram and timings...but not sure how ram would afect Superpi

Ryan...

You will be fine OC"d as long as you make sure it's stable...(prime95 torture test) and you keep that puppy cool....

I feel ya on the price though...

I know it was stable, but I still didn't want to risk it. The fx55 is still the second best gaming CPU on the market (accoring to AMD lol); and I can live with that.

Ran it again without OCing and got 35 seconds ( I dont know how you got decimals); still faster than when you underclocked you 57 David.
