No AA in BF2
For the life of me I can't get anti-aliasing to come on in BF2. It used to work, and its really bugging me. I hadn't played the game for a month or two, and since then, the two things that have changed are: Upgraded to Catalyst 5.9 drivers, and put the 1.03 patch on. I've tried enabling AA in-game and with the CCC and ATiTool, nothing works!
Do you think upgrading to 5.10 drivers will help? I don't want to update them, then to hear that there's one little setting that needs to be changed. Thanks

Oh, I should of specified that I have tried that as well. Set in CCC to "Application Preference" and turned it on in the game. No luck there.

What AA are you trying for? off and 2x are not very differnt... so it could be working but just not visible to you. Also make sure you aren't conflicting between any of them - like each on 4x or something.

I've tried 2x, 4x, and 6x (both on hardware, and in game, the same). I've got an eye for those types of things, and it's really bugging me.
I'm going to go and upgrade drivers and report back... |
