New Gaming Site Poll
I am going to be starting up a gaming site soon with news, downloads, and reviews on pc gaming and hardware. I was wondering what kind of content you guys would be looking for in a gamesite thats not already out there. Please answer the poll and if you want, leave a tip or two for ideas on the site, thanks!

Nothing better than actual reviews from other hardcore gamers - where the site doesnt push a crap game just b/c they are getting paid to write good about it from the Game Company.

A picture of the day and other little things can be good to have; but I would definately go to a site for their reviews not for the pic of the day. Focus on good simple reviews like I said that are truthful - if you think the game sucked - SAY SO; do try to beat around the bush and say something like 'we didn't particularly like the game play or the graphics yet that is just us'. That just tell me the game isn't worth my time.

Yep, I would like to see a game review site that has reviews that aren't biased. Also you could put gaming news and files there. Not necessarily host the files (cause that would be a pain in the wallet), but put news up like "Version 1.23 of game XYZ was released! And provide links to the official download page (not links to the actual download).

I am going to take all of these things into consideration, and yes the reviews are gonna be 100% legit, no bs! Also, when you guys get a chance, come check out my blog, its new and its not about my site, but I do have some possibly useful stuff on there for you guys. I voted for reviews. The most important thing I look for is unbiased reviews with different perspectives and maybe a couple pics. What would be kool is take a game have a review in which like 3 people discuss the quality aspects (gameplay, graphics, sound) of the game instead of a regular straightup review by one person. This way the reader is seeing more than one persons opinion of the game and getting to see multiple views, oppinions, and different perspectives of the game. Similar to popular mags such as EGM, but I dont know of any gaming websites that do this.

First..a site where you don't have to register to enter. A site with all the gaming patches and dowload links. A site that reviews games honestly and says why a game is excellent or stinks. A review system like 1 through 10. Perhaps a section on gaming tips for that particular game.
