Discussion of F.E.A.R.(spoilers!)

Ok so I just finished this game and i have to say it was GREAT. My only gripes with the game are that it was pretty short(10-12hrs depending on how fast you play). For $50bucks, id like a solid 20hr game or more. Also the settings lacked a lot of variety but suited the game very well.

So Paxton and the main character are brothers? Is Alma(sp?) their sister? Amanda Wade is the mother of all 3? Who is the father? Did they have a father?

It definately leaves it wide open for a sequel which i hope comes out sooner rather than later!

Thats what I got out of it. Paxton was his brother. Alma (crazy girl) was the sister. And Amanda Wade was the mother of them. I never got to figure out who the father was though. But at the end, that was some pretty scary/CRAZY ****! I was runnin for the stairs on the right but by the time I got close it was blowin me back! And the sphere she was held in was wicked! Did you listen all the way thru the credits? The Senator and that lady talk about the nuke they dropped on the site and said that prototype 1 was a complete success which I am guessing was me?

I messed up, that wasn't your sister, that was your MOM! Amanda Wade was just Harlan Wade's daughter. Nothing special.

I wanted to know more about where my mother came from (since they experimented on her when she was 4 or 5 I think), who was my father, who raised me? All stuff that I am sure will be in #2. Also, what the heck happened when my mom showed up on the helo!?!
