I just installed Zoo tycoon 2 that my daughter got for Xmas and I'm having trouble. The game can run for a few minutes or an hour but eventually crashes.I either get an error massage saying Zoo Tycoon has encountered an error an has to close or the system reboots. She can play Age Of Empires III all day long and no problem.I just built the computer and it's a clean install on a new hard drive. It's running perfect except for this. The specs are:Asus P4P-800E deluxe,1gig Kingston HyperX,Antec true power 380 watt ps,WD Raptor and WD 250 gig,EVGA 6600GT,3.0/800 Northwood P4.The game plays fine on my wifes machine,(2.8/533 P4,1gig crucial,Powercolor 9600 pro).I installed the latest Nvidia driver that was just released a few days ago.I'm begining to thing it might be an issue with the game and the video card.I saw nothing about an issue with the 6600 gt on the game web sight or the EVGA sight.I'm thinking about trying different memory.Any ideas? Thanks

Given the fact that the game is a year old have you installed any updates/patches for it?
Also I'd try older drivers since it wouldn't be the first time the most recent update broke an older game.

I checked all the known issues with hardware and the game on the game's web sight and didn't see anything about a problem with a 6600gt.As far as drivers I used the disk that came with the video card and then went to Nvidia's latest.I just put different ram in and haven't tried it yet.I'll let you know.Thanks.
