re-install directx?
I tried to install a game and after the EULA, I get an error saying I need to install directx 9.0c or higher. I ran directxdiag from the start menu and it shows my driver is current. Is there a way to re-install or rebuild directx?

Usually if a game requires it, you will find it on the disk that the game is on. You can also download and install the latest version from Microsoft's website.

That's my problem, I do have the most current version of Directx installed and don't have a prob installing any other new game. Can't figure out why this particular one thinks I don't have the current version.
