Did you reboot after the uninstall? It's a simple process which cures some installation/uninstallation problems.

Try emailing Blizzard and see what they say.

if you installed it , then find the missing dll . mostlikely in the warcraft folder in program files in c drive and copy past or cut past it into c:/ . this has happened to me on a few games . its anoying and took along time to figure it out how to fix . it should go to c:/ in the begining of its little path to search for your dll , its jsut being stupid i duno . dont ask me why it does it , i just know what has fixed it for me in the past . hope it works . warcraft rules !!! you may have to hunt around in the warcraft folder for the dll . when you do this you may find it all of a sudden cant find another dll , so go back to the folder and put it in the c drive right with program files and all the other files . continue this until no more anoying dll errors show up . ( im pretty sure this is where i put them when it doesnt work it hasent done this to me in a long time , it might of been in the windows folder , but try the c drive first ) i woudl sujest jsut copy paste not cut paste . and you can always delete copys if it doenst work . if my way doesnt work try uninstalling and deleting the warcraft file in program files after you uninstall . uninstall install a million times but it never seems to fix . the first sujestion has always worked for me . sorry if it doenst work im only 16 give me a break lol .
