Question GeForce2 GTS or Pro??

I'm building a system for my bro. He likes to game, well he wants to get into it hard. My budget allows for either a GeForce2 GTS 64mb or a GeForce2 Pro. I ahve no idea what the differences are, as i use a radeon ve and use it mostly to do graphic editing and surf the net, mp3s, etc...no heavy graphicly intense games. Ok, so can someone or multiple people tell me the differences, which is better. And, if needed i could go down to a mx400, or whatever. Anything but the ultra or geforce3. Ok, thanks. Oh, and cooling, should i get a blueorb and what about ramsinks, etc.

Im lost in the gaming world, need some guidance :-D.

The Pro is a little faster and according to Pricewatch.com, only costs about 3 dollars more so I'd go with the Pro (unless you go with a 32meg GTS card which costs around $105). The selection of video card depends in part on the CPU that you are installing. A low end video card (i.e., MX 400)will limit the number of framerates that a high end CPU can produce. Sort of like putting a speed regulator on a Porsche.
