I have a radeon pci card. Everytime i try to start up a 3D intensive game like Rainbow Six or Unreal the screen goes blank and the computer goes back to the desktop without starting the game? Do i have wrong drivers? Wrong video setting? Please help!

Update your DirectX and make sure you have the latest drivers. Also check with the manufacturer of the game to see if there are any compatability issues or patches.

Hi
To check your monitor go to My Computer/Control Panel/System/Device Manager tab. Click the "+" besides monitor and make sure the right one is listed. To figure out what version of direct X you have click start then run and type in "dxdiag" (without quotes) HTH |
