DarkStar One, for those who like sci-fi figher sims

I recently got the demo of DarkStar One. It has a very intriguing story where you have to find clues about your father's murder and all the while learn about the ship that you inherited from your father. DarkStar One is the ship's name and it has an alien technology that lets the ship be upgradeable. this game is very much like X3 Reunion to those who played it ( i haven't but my friends tell me its like that)

you complete missions to move along on the plots and there are a lot of tiny details that i can't even cover.

the Dev Diary 1 i think is in german, has english subs and it explains a lot of the game's features

a space sim RPG is something that i can say.

The demo, it has about 2hrs of gameplay, but u can obviously play more by hopping around systems. ive spent more then 2 hrs already and ive done like 2 missions lol.


pros: it runs on my computer at high settings.
very beautiful space and ship design.

Cons: somethings gets a little bit repetitive
comes out in the aug, i think the 6th

well theres suppose to be an alien race thats intreuppting the galatic union and they lose power and stuff.

it depends too. what you do in the game. u can attack transports and stuff and your reputation will change. you might get wanted by the military or the police for pirating and other things. not much planetary battles, its more like neutral vs pirates lol.
