aiw radeon sound

Ok, I can get sound just fine on the tv tuner and when I record from camcorder in the ATI software.
But when I use the ulead video software, I have no sound from the camcorder. I know I have things setup correctly, triple checked, but still no sound when recording from camcorder, what a pain....
help?????

Have you really checked all ?

1. Video connection from camcorder to graphics card
2. Sound connection from camcorder to sound card line-in
3. Line-in activated in sound card mixer
4. Maybe a few settings in your capture software

Or maybe a cable from the sound card's output into the vid card?

Well I don't know about the Radeon now, but TV-Tuner add-on-cards only provide you the video-cable connection. The sound has to be connected to the sound card (exception is the TV cable. This one transfers both - video and sound).

Ya, I have checked all of that.
Line in and all.
Like I said, the sound is captured using the ati software, but just not in the ulead software. I have gone through the help and everything a few times.
If the line in was not correct, it would not work with the ati software. But it does, because I have the line in connected and working. The ulead software has a box to check to record sound, and I have it checked, can't figure out what I am doing wrong...
