Bioshock on P.C or 360 ?

hey,
i am looking for opinions on what format to get the game i am most looking forward to this sumer, BIOSHOCK.

i got the P.c mainly for FPS so i can play Day of deafeat source and BF 2
but i am not sure how good BIOSHOCK will look on my p.c compaired to my 360....

i am split between getting it on my xbox 360, or getting it on my new p.c which i ordered 3 days ago and has not yet arrived.

the specs of my p.c are...

processor : intel E6600
Graphics card : 8800 gts 640MB
ram : 2GB
Monitor : 22 inch wide screen
and it will have 5.1 surround sound.

what do you think it will look better on, my p.c or the 360.....?

I'm sure your PC will have no trouble running the game with all the eye candy turned on.

The real question is: Which do you like gaming with better?

If it doesn't run on that then I'm not entirely sure what it would run on. I hope it doesn't need anything more powerful.

But like FF said, do you like mouse / keyboard or the 360 controller (although they make a 360 adapter so you can use the controller for pc games...).

Is it games for Windows on PC? If not, the online gaming on the 360 will probably be better.

Yes, it is available for Windows, if that's what you're asking: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioshock

Neither platform is "better". It's all about what you prefer. Some people like to game on a console, rather than a PC (for a number of reasons that I don't get into here). Some people like to game on a PC rather than a console (again, I won't get into the reasons here).

There are many valid arguements going both ways, but again, it all comes down to which platform you, personally, prefer to use.

I think this is what he means http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US/Pages/default.aspx.

Basically it's Microsoft's new slogan that they slap on all their next generation games (and current ones too). Helps promote their new line of software and utility support (Vista, Dx10 etc.). They wanted to begin promoting the upcoming pc - console cross play, so they needed some new marketing. They've also conglomerated all their old logins into one "Live" ID which can be accessed from both Windows and the 360.

EDIT: Multiplayer may initially be better on the 360 due to uniformity in the consoles. I'd assume most people won't have the pc specs to run this thing, so you might find a larger player base on the 360. Couple of months from now and it ought to be somewhat more even.
