Already got it, both DOS and the The First Decade's versions. But nice find tigstah; should allow anyone who never played the best RTS game ever to enjoy it.

(Wonder how you can play against dinosaurs in the XP version though...)

So I don't see where it explains the diffs between the three download links.

All of them. It says GDI iso and NOD iso, the original C&C came in two CDs, one for the GDI and one for the Brotherhood of NOD.
