Electro Optic Warfare is a BF2 and 2142 clan and we have our own BF2 server. We are growing in size all the time. We play in TWL matches in the Chopper, Jet and Armour Leagues.
Xfire is a must have too.

I had this game in my hand today as I am getting tired of COD2 online and don't like the new ALL WEAPONS patches.

I haven't played the game yet but generally end up being one of the better players online in games I like.

havent played yet.... i got MOH: airborne today and they gave me a free copy of BF2.... is it any good? i am loving moh tho but am always switching back and forth between games

I'm in this clan along with Dalno.. i'd probs say BF2 is the better game and as you got it for free thats awesome. BF2 is also played way more at the moment and is more addictive.

lol just beat airborne going to install bf2 and give it a go i'd join a clan but right now its been so long since i have played anything off console its horrible...... going to take me a few months and $300 for a new vid card before i can consider or be useful you might see me around tho... i am the guy you probably just killed with your sidearm

One thing.. don't play the singleplayer on BF2 it sucks.. the bots are so dumb. Play Multiplayer and once you get half decent you'll love it. Plus with the stats system i'm sure you'll get addicted to trying to get your next rank, badge or ribbon whatever it may be.

Addicted to the stats? They don't mean much to me, even though I am a consistent player of BF2 online. I am not that great, so I guess it doesn't matter much to me.

Single player isn't TOO bad if you do it on expert. I wish there was a 63 bot possibility. Very fun game, though.

Worth playing.

ok so i have been hooked to bf2... i have been having trouble getting it running it vista ( yes its running as admin) sometimes it starts other times it just goes back to windows.......... i have been too lazy most of the time to switch to xp and play..... but when i do run it in xp it does fine

I have about 10 hours in on this game and it is awsome.
I still haven't figued out what I want to be yet. I keep switching between sniper, SF, Medic and engineer. I have absolutely no desire to one of the other 2 classes though.

Support is a very good class, will gets you lots of kills, plus each time someone reloads, throws a grenade, drops a claymore, and you give them a resupply bag thats a point. Often I can get more points as Support than Medic for this reason.
