Problems with Crysis EA Store Download

All right guys. I was hesitant to post a new thread which has a similar topic on many other forums out there, but I trust the people on this forum the most. Has anyone had problems getting Crysis to launch on vista 64bit edition? I have the EA Store downloaded version and here are my symptoms:

1. I cannot launch the game from the Games Explorer window. If I try to launch by either clicking the icon or right clicking and selecting Play, play DX9, or play DX10 I get an EC:5570 error.

2. I cannot launch the game from the bin64 file crysis exe (EC:5570 error) or crysis64 exe (hangs and vista force closes).

3. The game launches sucessfully from the bin32 crysis exe and is really stable. Great frame rates on 1650 x 1050 with all settings on high and no AA

At this point I'm not sure if I'm running the game in 32bit or 64 bit mode or if I'm even running it in DX10. I had to download the game twice to get to this point. I'd like to be able to run the game from the games explorer menu if possible and sort out what version I'm even playing. Also I tried some of the tips out there with no change or they weren't even good tips. I'm still waiting for a response from EA for the last 48 hours. Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated!

Is there a specific one you are referring to? I've done most of the ones that would make sense for what I use my computer for.

Try the Virtual Address Space hot fix if you don't have it.
