You've gotten further than me! I picked it up during the sales at Best Buy for $20 last Thanksgiving but just plain old haven't had the time to do anything with it

I'm very behind, still got to build my computer so I can buy and install Bioshock, let alone find time to play it .

I still haven't bought bioshock myself. I'll get to it eventually. Probably after 2 comes out and the price of one goes down.

It's one of the few games that's worth whatever price you have to pay for it.

It's pretty addicting, although I don't know if a sequel will have quite the same effect as the first one did. It just had that "wow" factor associated with it (and the incredible hype from the media helped a bit too).

No, dangit! Things have been pretty messed up around here so my time line is way off. Been wanting to redo a few things on the system and haven't even done that (like put everything in my new case I got at least a month ago...). Haven't loaded the Orange Box yet, either

Here's part two: Today's episode took the whole day... They turned off the power at 7AM for some upgrades. The last time they did that, it was off under two hours. Today... it was off almost exact 10 hours! The first half of my day was fixing the generator so at least the food wouldn't go bad and the fish wouldn't croak. After a ton of yard work, I was just stringing an extension cord so I could fire this bad boy up. So tomorrow's also shot as I've got to do most of today's stuff tomorrow, which snowballs tomorrows stuff... and so on --

Some good gaming has to come soon!!

The Demo was fun. Looks like its time to plop down the 50 bucks. Ya know, when you think about it, video games are a much better bargain than going to the movies. You sure get more entertainment for the money.

I tried to get the demo, but it didn't work. Where did you get it David?

I read somewhere that there is talk of a Bioshock movie.

OH ah, agreed on that 100%! And you don't have to re-buy the game to enjoy it later on, too, like a movie on DVD.

You don't have to buy movies to watch them again. That's why Blockbuster and Public Libraries exist.

Didn't think of the public libraries, thanks for the reminder, but BlockBuster still costs...

A Bioshock movie would be cool, although it would be very, very dark.

If you don't have the computer to run Bioshock super smoothly, then you're not going to get the full experience. If you have to make a decision between pc and xbox and are unsure, I'd say go with the xbox one with this game. There isn't much, if any (I don't know of any) extra content to be gained, no multiplayer, and no expansion pack to warrant a pc specific pickup. It's just one heck of a good story all the way through.
