Can this laptop run WoW?
Probably going to pick this Sony Vaio up in a couple days, and was wondering if it could run WoW fine, its really the only game I play, and plan to play. I'm replacing my PC that I build a few years back, as its been having some problems and I need a laptop for basic college programs and internet use. I understand integrated graphics are pretty bad for PC Gaming, however I figure WoW is not a very demanding game.
http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...52921665293694 2GB RAM thats Installed, up to 4GB. Now can I add that RAM myself if I wanted up upgrade to more? Or would I have to send it into Sony? Thanks. Last edited by barch 88; 04-15-2008 at 03:45 AM. |

You're good to go.
I was worried about that integrated graphics, earlier chipsets didn't have T&L but the specs for yours reads : Chipset * Mobile Intel® GM965 Express Chipset That one will work. You're stuck with Vista but them's the breaks if you want the Sony.

That laptop should work fine with WoW. Also you can add more RAM yourself later, no need to send it to Sony.
