GPU/CPU monitoring Software?

Looking for software that monitors the "usage" of both GPU/CPU or at least GPU. Any suggestions?

Only the Radeon HD 2xxx and 3xxx cards support GPU usage monitoring. For CPU usage monitoring just press ctrl alt del and click performance.

Not sure about the usage per se, but you could monitor the temps for the gpu/cpu with gpu-z.
