i aquired an Nvidia XFX 8800 GTS.. i have Crossfire on an ATX
Rampage... with a Visiontek Radeon HD 3870 X2, i was going to get another one as soon as the price dropped to Xfire
i know i cant SLI/Xfire the Nvidia.. but can i put it in and get anything out of it..?? or just sell it, unopened box.

I suggest you sell it and get some money out of it.
However, I remember reading somewhere on the forums that you can place a nvidia card with the ati card on the same board. But, I forget the details... hopefully the person who wrote that sees this thread and can direct you with more info.
