Yeah, I know how you feel...I've been seriously considering putting together a new build for the past few weeks. I keep trying to talk myself into it, then out of it again. Vicious cycle.

Bioshock is definitely a must have game. Nice find Pam!
I wonder though if you would have to log into Steam if you were to purchase Bioshock from them? I'm not too happy with them. I'm not trying to rub it in, but you guys are missing out on some really fun games. World in Conflict and Crysis are all just beyond fun. Looking forward to playing Mass Effect next. I am seeing 512 8800 GTS cards down in the $230 range now which includes tax and shipping. I think these are the best bang for the buck cards that allow you to run the most graphics intensive games. Look on Pricegrabber.

All credit goes to Force Flow for the find.
If I have to I guess I'd rather put up with Steam's copy protection and yes if you buy it on-line from them you'd have to log in. What happened with the Orange Box re-install? You never got back to us. |

Woops...the credit does indeed go to Force Flow. Concerning the Steam account, I made a bonehead mistake Pam. I will go to that thread and explain it there. Perhaps men at my age should not be playing computer games? ...sure the hell beats watching TV though.
