Due to a problem with the onboard USB ports, I had to add a pci usb card and now I get a message that there is a conflict with the AGP Card. Would moving the PCI card to another slot solve this problem. I'm also havin a problem turning on the computer when the machine is booting I hear a single beep and the system starts, but sometimes it takes turning the switch on and off six times before I hear the beep and it boots. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the onboard USB is disabled in BIOS, and do not put the card in Slot 1 because that slot shares IRQ with the AGP.

Also you may have a bad power switch. The way to test is to open the case find the two pins on the board where the power switch connects, disconnect the switch and jump the pins with a screwdriver to start the machine. If it works everytime I would suggest replacing the switch.

Hey, by the way, how do you know which PCI slot is the slot 1 ? I tried to figure it out, but strangely enough, I couldn't find the answer...
Thanks ! |

The PCI slot directly next to the AGP slot is PCI slot 1.
