uninstall problem >setupnew\setup.cpp
hi
i've got a bit of a problem. I have had problems with the game spore, and i wanted to re-install it. so first, i un-installed it, but i can't re-install. my cd setup only let me un-install again and again. Also, in the configuration screen, it's still in the list of programs, but when i try to remove it from there, i get the next message: >SetupNew\setup.cpp (135) PAPP: PVENDOR: PGUID:$14.0.0.162 @Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (6001) Non IE/Netscape 34642.30512 I have no idea why it is still on my computer in the first place, and specially why I can't remove it. Is there any other way of removing this? cause I can't re-install now and it sucks ![]() any help would be welcome |

You have a problem delivered to you courtesy of EA.
It's an installer error caused by the security software. You can try taking your problem here : http://forum.spore.com/jforum/forums...09FE0BA.240111 if there are any quick fixes it's likely the Spore forum knows it . On the plus side, if you have to go to EA for the fix, they've been handing re-install permissions like Halloween candy so you won't have any problem getting one.
