Gears of War - Unplayable after 1/28 - disabled by DRM
If you have the PC version of Gears of War...it looks like its DRM disables the game after 1/28/09 for no apparent reason.

Was this intentional or an accident? The posters in that forum seem to think it was intentional.
If it was an accident, cant they do a patch to correct the problem? I guess you never really own software, its more like a lease technically. So apparently they can shut it down if they wish?
