Is my rig okay for PC gaming?

I built this guy as a pc interface between my media server and LCD tv. I have a PS3, but there are some PC games I have been drooling over and I'm wondering whether my rig can handle it. Would love to get the your input before investing in some games.

1) Foxconn TS001-V-D350A Black/ Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Delta ATX 2.2 350W Power Supply

2) ASUS P5KPL-CM LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

3) ASUS EAH3450/DI/256M Radeon HD 3450 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Low Profile Video Card

4) Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80571E5200

5) CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-6400C5

6) Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600AAJS 160GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

7) LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner Black SATA Model iHAS120-08

8) Microsoft Windows XP Home SP3 for System Builders

Thanks, in advance.

An ATI HD3450 is NOT a card for gaming:

If you want a better card than that, you will need to get a more powerful power supply than that 350W Delta. Something like this (at the minimum) would be able to handle a stronger card:

This would be a better choice:

Thanks, Robert. What would you recommend to replace the ATI HD3450?

What games are you looking to play? Also, I would recommend upgrading your power supply first if you are wanting a more powerful card. Just about anything would be better than the HD3450 for gaming, however currently you have an excellent HTPC build!

A good value card is the ATI HD4670:

Here's a review of the HD4670:

If you want more performance, the HD4830 would be an excellent choice:

I'm a big fan of the shooters. Right now, I'm looking at Left4Dead and Shellshock2. I have not played Crysis, so that is also on the list.
