PCM Gaming Group on Steam
 

Since there's a number of gamers kicking around on the forums, I thought I'd start a group on steam to loosely keep in touch for hopping on a game server for a few rounds of something

For those not aware, my gaming handle is ComputerSlayer. I usually play TF2 and L4D these days, though I can be enouraged to hop on UT2004, UT3, HL2DM, or CS:S. I also play some game mods such as zombie master, zombie panic, and fistful of frags (neat western style shoot em up)

My thoughts exactly. This makes me want to install CS:S and frag it up. I just may do that this weekend.

I enjoy Left 4 Dead best but enjoy other games as well. Any other L4D fans here? I saw you are Jdorty. It would be fun to get a team of four together from here to go kill zombies.

I should be able to join before I get back to the states but I won't be able to play. I play a lot of CS:S. Thats actually the main one I play on Steam. The rest are GTA games and Quake games. I also play COD4, COD5 and the newest Modern Warefare game the should be out sooner or later. My xfire is dravenx.

Are the two new maps for L4D worth downloading? Some unknown to me website is asking for my Steam username and password to download them. Is this legitimate?

Killing Floor is an $18 zombie shoot-em-up, done in the style of DoD or CoD.

No, L4D add-on content should not be asking for a steam login.

All signed up...lets work out a time to play a game or two.

I just downloaded Killing Floor.. Fun game, except I could not figure out how to turn on the cross hairs so you can see where you are aiming your weapon. Its really hard to get in those head shots without one. :)

Like I said, it was done in a simliar style to CoD or DoD. Basically, there are no crosshairs, so you have to use the weapon's scope. It's considered more "realistic".

I just found the PCM group on Steam. :) I mostly play MW2. Anyone else on here play this?

I have been playing Medal of Honor multiplayer lately. I cant get Eyefinity to work with MW2.

I pretty much play nothing but MW2. I will be playing Black Ops as soon as it comes out

I am looking forward to Black Ops, but may not be able to get it for a while. It is MW2 until then.

I am mainly playing MW2 right now, with a bit of Need For Speed Most Wanted & Crysis (replaying both of them). My SteamID is the same as my user name for this forum. Drop me a message if you want to play some free-for-all MW2. I would also play other modes, but free-for-all is my favorite.

Well I would be playing Black Ops except it doesn't work. It freezes every time I go to the server browser and half the time I go to the main multiplayer menu. I am also very disapointed with the lack of any kind of party system. I cannot join with a friend and play on the same team. Nearly every time we get split up and put on seperate teams and there is no way to switch.
